Credit Controller

Role & responsibilities

1. Attend client call to provide update on outstanding debt.

2. Chase clients for payment update on overdue Invoices via calls and emails.

3. Liaise with billings team/front office team to resolve any query in relation to invoice.

4. Hit Monthly cash and 90+ aging target. Chase clients for remittance of payments received.

5. Use excel to reconciling any disputed accounts. Conduct other admin duties such as adding PO on invoices, changing address on Invoices and more.

6. Should be willing to learn and take on Banking duties includes allocation of cash, downloading and posting of payments, chasing self-bills and more.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft tools, fluent communication skill - speaking and writing, quick learner, Team player, time management and Interpersonal skills
