Job Responsibilities:

- Team Leadership: Lead and manage internal and external education teams, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to enhance program effectiveness.

- Content Creation & Delivery: Oversee the development of content for both physical and digital platforms, including training sessions, shows, social media, and e-commerce.

- Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of education programs and digital content through feedback, assessments, and data analysis.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with marketing, commercial, and education teams, as well as industry partners, to ensure impactful execution.

- Innovation & Improvement: Lead testing and development of new products and services, refine communication strategies, and guide the creation of educational materials while upskilling internal teams.
