Associate Director - Generative AL - Voice & Chat (10-16 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead multiple engineering pods and collaborate with engineering managers to align project deliverables with organizational vision.

- Ensure that project milestones and commitments are met while maintaining high uptime and availability.

- Conduct retrospectives and review root cause analyses for application downtimes to improve system reliability.

- Mentor and guide engineering managers, enhancing productivity and operational efficiency.

- Collaborate with product managers to deeply understand the product vision, customer impact, and the rationale behind features.

- Drive actionable solutions that enhance customer ROI.

- Oversee the development of products such as Chatbots, Voice AI, and GenAI applications.

- Lead projects focused on scalability, maintainability, and optimization of existing systems.

- Drive the development of new GenAI projects using OpenAPIs to enhance BotBreak Analysis and improve bot training using client knowledge documents.

- Manage and optimize tools like Data as a Service for real-time data delivery to client cloud storage.

Required Qualifications:

- Strong background in engineering with proven experience in developing GenAI products, including Chatbots and Voice AI applications.

- Experience leading engineering teams and working with multiple engineering pods.

- Proven track record of driving product development, scalability, and performance improvements.

- Solid understanding of AI technologies and tools, particularly in the GenAI and Bot development space.

- Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor teams, including engineering managers and developers.

- Ability to work closely with product teams to align technical solutions with business needs and customer impact.
