Role & responsibilities
- This position helps in formulating the policies and procedures to enhance quality across all functions.
- Assist in preparing quality standards and norms about every operational services provided by the company.
- Executes in implementing quality systems with ISO standards, occupational health and environmental standards.
- Assist in periodically audits and maintain the quality records
- Helps in ensuring the health and safety requirements at work are met properly.
- Assist Manager in preparing SOPs forms, Manuals and formats.
- Preparing vendor audit plans & conducting vendor audit individually and share the report to manager for further action.
- Help in validating the new process through systematic quality approach.
- Guiding and teaching employees on Kaizen, 5S and quality circle. Ensuring that company has all the requisite updated quality documents.
- Assist Manager in ensuring the constant customer satisfaction to work towards the establishment of necessary systems to nullify reasons leading to customer complaints working with Operations and Sales and Marketing Management, evaluates and assesses customer letters.
- Participates in the investigation of accidents that took place during service provision, determines deficiencies and necessary improvements in the system and reports proposals about those deficiencies to the manager.
Preferred candidate profile
- Good communication skills
- Good Experience in CAPA, 5 WHY, 7 QC Tools.
- Excellent Exposure of Customer Handling.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Acting result oriented.
