Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead quality initiatives to improve product and process performance, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  
• Develop and implement effective quality plans, procedures, and standards for medical devices manufactured at the site.
  
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas of improvement and drive corrective actions.
  
• Ensure timely reporting of non-conformities (NCRs) to relevant stakeholders.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 6-11 years of experience in Quality excellence in any BPO industry.
  
• Strong understanding of 7Qc tools, Six Sigma methodologies, Kaizen principles, BQ management systems.
