Job Description:
Provide support on In-House Healthcare software to our international clients.
Solve potential customers Queries by answering software and service related questions
Maintain customer records by updating account information in CRM.
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customers complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Recommend potential products or services to Development team by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Willing to work in US Shift (No Rotational Shift) Ready to work from Office/Relocate as per Managements Decision
Excellent Communication skills
Tech/Application/Software voice Support experience-International clients,
Must be analytical, enthusiastic, energetic and spontaneous with ability to provide solutions to Technical queries
Strong interpersonal skills
Billing support, training or implementation, IT Healthcare experience is an added advantage
