Position Description
Key Responsibilities :
Support management through internal communication, coordination , data analysis , data management ,CRM ( SFDC) management, presentation with MS OFFICE tools, planning support , administration work with professionalism and confidentiality.
Sales & Business Coordination and support for commercial teams:
Assist business teams with data management and order to cash processing
Maintain and update CRM ( SFDC) Records, data generation, reports , analysis, metrics and support
Generate Business performance reports for review
Order to cash management and inventory data management
Coordinate with SCM/CC Team to ensure order fulfillment and payment collection records at all levels
Process improvement and collaboration
Identify opportunities for streamlining sales operations
Work closely with finance , HR, SCM/CC and other departments to facilitate customer and sales experience
Maintain highest work ethics, progressive in thought, willing to learn and share , collaborate , show high and create high trust and deliver value
Position Requirements
Support management team through internal communication, data management , administration work with rigor, agility, proactive support related to sales, marketing and related areas of business.
2.Support Sales and related functions of business with data, order to cash process as required, communication & support.
Excellent analytical and logical reasoning skills towards creating Dashboards, reports and predictive analysis.
Consolidating and publishing Daily/ Weekly / Monthly Status reports.
Extremely proficient in Advanced Excel, Power point, MS word, Tableau, CRM Salesforce( SFDC) and SAP, AI & CHATGPT along with MS OFFICE 365.Regularly reskill and Upskill.
5.Support in project management and strategic planning and initiative
Coordinate order to cash from order punching tracking from distributors and customers, inventory management data, credit control analysis and support , order billing and execution , and tracking payment collection coordination with sales, supply chain, customer care teams Data driven and management
Strong work ethics and commitment towards achieving goals.
Having excellent data analytical skills for improving business growth, price realization, Margins Discount management & accounts receivables .
Effective Communication with the Sales & operations Team & Management .
Coordination with sales team for sales budget and revenue achievement.
Distributor management, data , analysis and coordination at all levels.
Forecast accountability for respective sales team members by monitoring pending & invoiced orders.
Primary & secondary Sales Analysis.
Answering calls & emails pertaining to sales queries and concerns, business needs promptly.
Organize team communication and planning
Personal Requirements
Any post graduate with prior strong experience in data management , sales support end to end management( Sales and Order management) , willingness to learn, upgrade , use knowledge on SAP and SFDC, work in teams and collaborate to win
Having track record with healthcare companies/Multinationals a big plus
Proven quality and accuracy of data analytics skills.
Excellent time management skills.
Professional decision making and problem solving skills.
Demonstrated aptitude for learning about new products and procedures.
Ability to work varying schedules to reflect business needs.
Good team player as the job requires working closely with other team members.
Ability to work under pressure and have an eye for details.
