Packing Officer

We are currently looking for an Export Packing Officer to join our dynamic team at our Udaipur office.

Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage export packing operations for products ensuring timely and safe delivery to international destinations.
• Oversee the entire packing process, ensuring compliance with international shipping standards.
• Prepare packing lists, shipping documentation, and ensure the correct labeling of products.
• Work closely with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure smooth flow of export shipments.
• Ensure that all packaging materials used meet export regulations and are cost-effective.
• Manage inventory of packing materials, ensuring availability and proper storage.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, customs, and other departments for smooth export clearance and timely dispatch.
• Conduct regular quality checks on packed goods to ensure packaging quality standards.
• Monitor and report on the status of export shipments and coordinate any issues that may arise.
• Ensure compliance with all legal, environmental, and regulatory requirements related to export packing.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably in Logistics, Export, or Supply Chain Management).
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in export packing or logistics management.
• Knowledge of international shipping and export documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Willing to work full-time and on-site in Udaipur.
