• 1+ years of relevant recruitment experience
• Understand different academic campus recruiting cycles
• Demonstrated experience executing recruiting drives
• Handson experience with campus /off campus sourcing strategies
• Ability to collaborate with team
• Strong written, verbal communication, organizational, analytical, consulting, relationshipbuilding, and influencing skills.
