Manager_GCP Data Engineer_Advisory Corporate

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data engineers focused on building and maintaining data pipelines in GCP.
• Manage the endtoend delivery of data solutions on GCP, from data ingestion to processing, storage, and visualization.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation within the team.
• Work closely with crossfunctional teams (e.g., data science, analytics, product, and business teams) to understand data requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
• Set clear objectives, manage workloads, and ensure timely delivery of data initiatives.

• Design and implement robust and scalable data architectures on Google Cloud, leveraging GCP services such as BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, and Dataproc.
• Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines for processing and transforming large datasets.
• Ensure best practices for data governance, quality, security, and compliance are followed in data architecture and engineering.
• Collaborate with DevOps and Cloud Infrastructure teams to deploy and manage infrastructure for data systems.

• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the data engineering field and Google Cloud Platform, recommending innovative solutions to improve team efficiency and product offerings.
• Continuously improve data workflows, processing speeds, and data storage strategies.
• Provide technical leadership and ensure data engineering practices align with company goals and datadriven initiatives.
