Responsibilities
- Must have experience in IT Service Management, IT Cost Savings and IT Governance
- Focused experience of leading client consulting projects
- Should have strong analytical skills and prior experience in deriving actionable insights based on industryspecific primary and secondary research
- Candidates should have excellent client management and communication skills (written and verbal), along with presentation capability to CxO levels
- Preference for consulting experience with premier strategy consulting firms/ Big4 firms
- Immediate joiners preferred
Mandatory skill sets
- 6+ years of overall experience with strong focus on Digital Strategy Advisory, Digital Roadmap Design, Digital Transformation, Digital Operating Model
- Must have experience of setting up IT Shared Service or Global Capability Center
Preferred skill sets
- Must have experience in preparing Business case for IT Shared Service or Global Capability Center
- Desirable experience in designing IT process flowcharts based on ITIL and COBIT
Years of experience required
- Minimum 4+years of experience plus MBA is required for the role
- Overall experience can vary between 47 Years
Education Qualification
- Work experience in IT & ITeS/Software product companies Big4preferred
- B.E/B.Tech + MBA

Degrees/Field of Study required Bachelor of Engineering, Master of Business Administration Certifications (if blank, certifications not specified)
