Purplefront - Functional Consultant (3-5 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Support and manage Workday implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery within time and budget.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and optimize business processes.

- Provide functional expertise and support for ongoing Workday implementations and enhancements.

- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Workday functionality and integrations.

- Ensure the proper configuration of Workday modules as per business requirements.

- Develop and maintain documentation related to Workday processes, configurations, and best practices.

- Support end-users with training and provide ongoing support to ensure effective use of Workday.

- Communicate project progress, risks, and resolutions to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of experience in Workday implementation and support.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Proven experience in working with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Prior experience in project management and process improvement initiatives.

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Information Technology, or equivalent experience).

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in specific Workday modules (e.g., HCM, Finance, Payroll) is a plus.

- Familiarity with Workday reporting and integration tools
