Sales Executive (Kannada Speaking)

Role & responsibilities:

• Comfortable and willing to work in a challenging atmosphere with a rapidly growing business.
• Capable to deliver under stringent timelines and as per high level of management expectations.
• Highly motivated individual willing to strongly contribute to sustainability and execution of ATL and BTL activities to boost sales at the assigned region
• Closing sales and upselling products to customers from the outlets in the region assigned.
• Willingness to travel extensively when required
• Achieve Sales targets through channel partners in the assigned region.
• Achieve volumes and targeted market share in the assigned region by doing extensive activities at multiple levels through various channel partners.
• Initiate marketing programs/BTL activities from time to time in the assigned region and monitor customer service to achieve sales objectives and customer satisfaction.
• Mandatory Daily Reporting needs to be submitted as per standard reporting format.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Graduates (any specialization).
• Male candidates are preferred.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory.
• Knowledge of regional language (Kannada)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS OFFICE (Excel Sheet / PPT and Word)
• Strong Mail Communication Skills.
• Ability to travel across India.
