Position Title: Manager-Design

Reports to: Creative Lead

Location: Bangalore

Position Summary & Key Objectives: Support Marketing with ideation and graphic & videos solutions working with PUMAs content team for digital, social and retail platforms

Objectives

• Work with social, business and creative team to create local content relevant for various channels keeping with global design language
• Creating 2D & 3D animations
• Video editing.
• Create content for PUMAs ambassadors channels keeping it in the global PUMA tonality.
• Be in the know of current design trends to be implemented .
• Understand Instagram as a platform for trends / design / content creators etc

KPIs and qualitative measures: Work will be judged on the newness, CTRs & engagement for the creative .

Organizational Relationships: Internal: Will need to work with the marketing and creative team

Qualifications and Functional Competencies

• 3-5 years of experience.
• A strong background in graphic design
• Knowledge of the latest graphics tools and software Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Knowledge of current fashion & design trends
• 2D / 3D animation and video editing is a plus
• Vendor interaction and development abilities is a plus.
• Should be able to multi-task
