Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of experience in developing robust, scalable web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using the MERN stack.

- Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other developers to create responsive, user-friendly applications.

- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

- Implement scalable APIs and integrate third-party services.

- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers.

- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve the development process.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum development cycles, including planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 5-6 years of professional experience in full-stack development using the MERN stack.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ES6+, and TypeScript.

- Experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

- Solid understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.

- Experience with state management libraries like Redux or MobX.

- Proficient in RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL development.

- Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.

- Experience with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
