Senior UI/UX Designer - Rapid Prototyping & Figma Design

Responsibilities

Rapid Prototyping

• Quickly develop interactive prototypes to demonstrate user flows and functionality.
• Enable early-stage testing and iteration for improved design validation.

Wireframing

• Create detailed wireframes that define the structure, navigation, and functionality of applications.
• Ensure alignment with user-centered design principles.

Figma Design

• Design high-fidelity UI components, screens, and full interfaces using Figma.
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and established design systems.

Figma to HTML Conversion with AI Tools

• Utilize AI-powered tools to convert Figma designs into clean, responsive HTML and CSS code.
• Optimize AI-generated code to ensure pixel-perfect implementation and performance.
• Collaborate with developers to refine and integrate front-end designs seamlessly.

User Research & Testing

• Collaborate with UX researchers to gather insights and refine designs based on user feedback and testing results.

Collaboration

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and fellow designers to ensure smooth implementation of designs.

Design Systems

• Contribute to and maintain a robust design system, ensuring a cohesive visual language across all digital products.

Mentorship

• Guide and mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement within the team.

Documentation

• Develop and maintain design documentation, including style guides, user flow diagrams, and interaction guidelines.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 4-5 years of professional UI/UX design experience with expertise in rapid prototyping, wireframing, and interface design.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Figma and other relevant design tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs.
• Design Knowledge: Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and usability best practices.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
• Problem-Solving: Creative and strategic problem-solving skills to address design challenges effectively.
• Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to design, ensuring pixel-perfect execution and high-quality deliverables.
