Job Description
Job Title: Back Office Support
Roles and Responsibilities:
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Oversee all back office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes are in place.
- Coordinate with various teams to understand and fulfill operational requirements.
- Utilize Active Directory to manage user accounts, granting necessary permissions and making necessary modifications.
- Utilize Amazon CloudFormation Templates (CFT) for the creation and management of AWS resources.
- Work closely with data scientists to understand data requirements and help in data processing.
- Ensure the security of data and compliance with industry regulations.
- Document procedures for back office support, including tracking issues and creating reports.
- Provide technical support to internal teams and clients.
- A Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in back office operations, IT support or a similar role.
- Proficiency in using Active Directory and Amazon CloudFormation Templates (CFT).
- Experience working with data scientists and understanding their requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Managing and streamlining back office operations.
- Using Active Directory and Amazon (CFT) to fulfill operational requirements.
- Supporting data scientists in their data requirements.
- Ensuring data security and compliance.
