Job Description
- Lead and manage AI projects management, ensuring delivery within scope and timelines while maintaining highquality standards.
- Prepare and deliver project reports, dashboards and presentations to diverse stakeholders.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand functional requirements, develop AI solutions and provide strategic guidance on emerging technologies.
- Facilitate capacitybuilding initiatives for clients, focusing on AI awareness and skill development.
- At least 10 years of professional experience in project management, including over 5 years focusing on AI or emerging technologies.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering AI or technology projects with a strong understanding of public sector challenges and processes.
- Expertise in AI/ML frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), along with knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in India.
- Strong project management proficiency with experience in Agile, Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.
- Exceptional communication, analytical and problemsolving skills, combined with a strategic and creative approach.
- Certifications in AI/ML and experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
- Background in government sector projects, policy development, or public sector strategy.
- Experience in AI governance frameworks and public policy initiatives.
- Fluency in Kannada is preferred but not mandatory.
