Key Areas

Roles Responsibilities

Project Management

• Perform project management from an operational perspective from the initiation phase through implementation and completion
• Set and develop the operational aspects of the project, develop, and monitor timelines, milestones and project metrics
• Track project execution while ensuring business continuity
• Provide a clear and complete view on project status: completed tasks via reporting and monitoring and key risks when applicable,
• Ensure the transversal coordination of the different project phases with EM CHC India team

Change Management

• Contribute to Communication Change management with Key stakeholders and within the project

Project Management of strategic projects

• Organize ad-hoc meetings to solve issues, propose solutions or mitigation plans and liaise/communicate with relevant stakeholders Coordinate with EM CHC functional, project and Controlling teams on project costs

• Prepare weekly EM meeting and track status update

• Represent EM in specific project workshops/meetings when necessary

Sourcing cases

• Manage, coordinate lead the completion of the sourcing cases related to the projects in India

Qualifications

• Any Science degree (MBA preferred)
• 5+ years of Experience in project management.
