Position: Business Analyst

Experience : 1 to 3 years

Education : B.Tech. Computer Science/IT

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze historical ITSM data, identify trends, and generate insights to drive automation initiatives.
• Evaluate business workflows to determine automation feasibility and recommend optimization strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and document functional & technical requirements for automation solutions.
• Work with engineering and automation teams to define use cases and validate automation workflows.
• Develop reports and dashboards using Excel (PivotTables, Power Query, Macros), Power BI  to track automation impact and performance.
• Present data-driven recommendations and automation strategies to leadership and key business units.
• Continuously assess and refine automated processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Skills

• 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst /Data Analyst
• Strong expertise in Excel (Advanced Formulas, PivotTables, Power Query, VBA Macros) for data processing and automation.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools like Power BI.
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, automation, and business stakeholders.
• Excellent documentation, reporting, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of ITIL framework , service desk operations and ITSM tool like ServiceNow or equivalent
• Knowledge of database and application development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams.
