Job Title: Program Manager Delivery Management

Location: Chennai, India

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and manage multiple high-impact programs, including Automation and Cost Savings initiatives. This role will involve collaboration with Executive Leaders, as well as senior teams responsible for execution, while driving strategic decisions and improvements across programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead interactions with senior leaders who are responsible for executing critical initiatives.
• Work towards status reporting, influencing decision-making, suggesting process improvements, and ensuring the effective execution of programs under these senior leaders.
• Oversee multiple programs, such as Automation (e.g., RPA using UIPath) and Cost Savings, ensuring alignment across initiatives.
• Support technology agnostic initiatives, understanding various systems like ERP and CRM, without needing to be hands-on technically.
• Measure and track ROI for various programs, understanding the financial impact and value generated from these programs.
• Act as a key player in the Program Management group, collaborating to execute various programs without direct team reporting.
• Collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams in different business units and technical disciplines.

Required Experience & Skills:

• 5-7 years of Program Management experience, with a strong focus on Automation (including RPA initiatives such as UIPath) and Cost Savings programs.
• Proven experience in interacting with senior leadership, understanding their priorities and influencing decision-making processes.
• Experience in managing programs, not just individual projects, and working across multiple teams to execute complex programs.
• Deep understanding of business practices, including how to influence delivery, engineering, and product engineering processes, even without direct hands-on involvement.
• Ability to manage technology-agnostic initiatives, with a solid understanding of ERP systems, CRM systems, and general technology landscapes.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and work with teams in a cross-functional, matrixed environment.
• Understanding of ROI: Ability to assess program outcomes, track performance, and communicate ROI effectively.
