Job Description
- Execute international trade transactions in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions to facilitate trade finance and payment transactions.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of trade documentation, including invoices, bills of lading, and customs declarations.
- Monitor changes in trade regulations and advise relevant stakeholders on potential impacts.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including procurement, logistics, and legal, to streamline trade operations and resolve issues.
- Maintain relationships with customs authorities, trade agencies, and other external partners.
- Analyze trade data and provide insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Bachelors degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience in international trade operations, preferably in a multinational company or financial institution.
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations, including INCOTERMS, customs procedures, and trade compliance requirements.
- Experience working with banks and financial institutions to facilitate trade finance transactions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and trade management software platforms.
