Job Description

- Managing and prioritizing the product backlog.
- You are intellectually curious and passionate about learning new skills, and model a culture of continuous learning, mentoring, and coaching. (People, Process, Technology)
- Work effectively in the face of ambiguity, shifting priorities, quick pivot, and rapid change.
- Translating product managers strategies into tasks for development.
- Serving as a liaison between product and development.
- Providing acceptance criteria.
- Resolve conflict through arbitration, negotiation, reasoned discussion, or escalation.
- Help and support the UAT team of PM s and ScrumTeams. Also validate on issues against new
- improvements and appropriately have Stakeholder managements
- Foster Team collaboration and help in resolving conflict with logical reasonings and providing product solutions and valid work-arounds.
- Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame,
- retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis of healing and problem solving.
You ll win us over by:
Minimum 12 -15 years in software industry having basic knowledge of Scrum or having a passion
to pursue Product Owner role.
Certified Product Owner (CPO) or equivalent desired.
Knowledge of other agile approaches, like: Kanban, XP, Scrum etc
Have worked in any one of the Agile Life Cycle Management Tools like TFS, Rally, Jira,
VersionOne, etc to support the agile development activities.
