AR Caller / Senior AR Caller- Medical Billing ( Immediate Joiners )

Job Description:

Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced AR Caller with a strong background in medical billing, specifically in handling denials and multispecialty cases. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience in accounts receivable and possess excellent communication and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Denial Management: Identify, analyze, and resolve billing denials. Work with insurance companies to understand denial reasons and take appropriate action to resolve them.
• Accounts Receivable: Manage and track accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of claims.
• Multispecialty Billing: Handle billing processes for various specialties, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and payer requirements.
• Communication: Maintain effective communication with insurance companies, patients, and healthcare providers to ensure efficient claim resolution.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all billing and collection activities. Update patient accounts and billing information as required.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on accounts receivable status, denial trends, and resolution outcomes.
• Compliance: Ensure all billing activities comply with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as payer-specific guidelines.

Qualifications:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in AR calling and medical billing, with a focus on denial management and multispecialty billing.
• Strong understanding of healthcare billing, coding, and reimbursement processes.
• Software Proficiency: Experience with medical billing software such as Kareo, AdvancedMD, or Epic. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Medical Billing and Coding.
• Experience with major insurance payers and understanding of their denial processes.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance requirements.
