Job Summary:

Accountant & Senior Accountant ( Immediate Joiners )

We are seeking skilled and organized professionals for the roles of Accountant and Senior Accountant.

The ideal candidates will have experience in bookkeeping and accounting, with the Accountant position requiring 2 to 3 years of experience and the Senior Accountant position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience.

These roles are responsible for managing various accounting tasks and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Accountant (2 to 3 years experience):

• Manage account payables and receivables.
• Conduct bank and vendor reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly journal entries, including payroll, prepayments, accruals, and depreciation.
• Assist in the preparation of month-end reports, including profit and loss statements, trial balances, balance sheets, and supporting schedules.
• Utilize advanced Excel formulas for data analysis and reporting.

Senior Accountant (4 to 6 years experience):

• Oversee account payables and receivables.
• Conduct bank and vendor reconciliations.
• Prepare and review monthly journal entries, including payroll, prepayments, accruals, and depreciation.
• Lead the preparation of month-end reports, including profit and loss statements, trial balances, balance sheets, and supporting schedules.
• Utilize advanced Excel formulas for data analysis and reporting.
• Provide guidance and support to junior accountants.

Optional Skills (Not compulsory):

• Knowledge of QuickBooks or Xero accounting software.
• Experience with UK accounting practices.

General Skills:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral (English).
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Adept at understanding and using IT environments and tools.
• Ability to share and collaborate effectively with others, creating a positive team spirit.
• Comfortable working towards individual goals and meeting targets/deadlines.

Salary - 

Accountant 2 to 3 years - Upto 4LPA

Sr. Accountant 3 to 5 years - Upto 6LPA
