Job Title : Frontend Developer

About the Job :

This role requires a highly skilled and experienced Frontend Developer to lead the design and development of cutting-edge user interfaces for our next-generation applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in modern frontend technologies, a passion for creating intuitive and user-friendly experiences, and a proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams.

Responsibilities :

- Design and develop user interfaces using Angular/React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Lead the development and implementation of UI components and features.

- Build reusable code and libraries for future use.

- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize UI performance.

- Hands-on experience with Jasmine, Karma, and Istanbul for unit testing and code coverage analysis.

- Understand and implement various test strategies for UI components, including unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests.

- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues.

- Design and build next-generation UI visualizations in 2D and 3D, integrating with backend systems.

- Collaborate closely with Functional Designers, UX Designers, and other technical leads to define and implement the overall application strategy.

- Effectively communicate technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Work closely with internal, external, and third-party suppliers as needed.

- Deep understanding of telecom OSS domain.

- Experience working with Graph Databases (Neo4j/OrientDB).

- Ability to deep dive into complex technical challenges and find optimal solutions.

- Stay abreast of the latest frontend technologies and industry best practices.

- Lead and mentor junior developers.

- Guide the technical direction and implementation of projects.

- Drive and validate technical and functional designs.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development.

- Strong proficiency in Angular/React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Experience with unit testing frameworks (Jasmine, Karma, etc.) and code coverage tools (Istanbul, etc.).

- Experience with UI visualization libraries and techniques.

- Experience working with Graph Databases (Neo4j/OrientDB) is a plus.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong understanding of software development best practices and methodologies.

- Experience in the telecom OSS domain is a plus.
