Branding Specialist - Employer Branding

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Expert to join our growing team. If you have a knack for social media, and content creation, and youre ready to make a significant impact on our digital presence, we want to hear from you!

You will play a key role in developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. You will be responsible for driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversions by leveraging a variety of digital branding strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media management, content marketing, and paid advertising.

Develop, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels to promote our employer brand and to help enhancing recruitment & employer brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving online and offline presence.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Planning digital branding campaigns, including Web, SEO/SEM, E-mail, social media and display advertising.

Design, build and maintain our social media presence.

Ability to create Landing Pages and supply them with excellent content.

Implement relevant and successful Market/ branding Campaigns.

Follow up on the performance of all digital branding campaigns.

Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end client experience across multiple channels and touch points.

Maintaining communications with weekly reports, news articles, and guides.
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.

Be aware of emerging technologies and provide ideas and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

Design and implement content such as press releases, artwork, print and digital media (photos & videos, etc.).

Working with advertising agencies to manage the brand’s marketing campaigns.

Assist marketing manager with maintaining and growing the Brand’s affiliations and partnerships.

Monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs.
