Developing and implementing process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce errors and defects, and enhance customer satisfaction. Creating process documentation and training materials for end-users. Providing ongoing support to end-users and stakeholders, addressing issues and concerns related to the processes. Conducting process testing and user acceptance testing to ensure quality and accuracy. Monitoring the performance of the process and providing regular reports and analysis on the process metrics and KPIs. Collaborating with stakeholders to identify business requirements and process improvement opportunities. Proficiency in MS Office applications and basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools. Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
