Job Description

Those in human resource operations at PwC will focus on all areas of Human Resources and the business in executing Human Resources related transactions and administrative activities. You will be a primary HR point of contact in the resolution, escalation or routing of inquiries as needed in line with HR protocols and guidelines, as well as be part of a team of problem solvers that help solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.

Key Responsibilities

Management of exit tools to monitor the offboarding process.
Ensure all the mandatory actions are completed by the exiting employees before their LWD.
Coordinate with IT and admin teams to Retrieve company property such as laptops, ID and access cards.
Coordinate with IT to deactivate the exiting employees access to company systems and data.
Work with the finance and other stakeholders for the clearances and prepare the data for FFS processing.
Work with payroll team to process the FFS as per the payroll timeline.
Ensure all recoveries are paid back and no due from the employee side before releasing the relieving letters
Address any questions or concerns of the exiting employees.
