What we are looking for:You'll transform raw data into meaningful insights through interactive dashboards and reports, enabling organizations to make data-driven decisions effectively. We are seeking an individual who not only possesses the requisite expertise but also thrives in the dynamic landscape of a fast-paced global firm.

What youll do:

• Develop robust and reusable processes for data querying, transformation, and visualization.
• Combine multiple data sources into a single visualization to effectively tell a compelling story.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges and deliver top-tier analytics solutions.
• Engage with Data Platform leaders to comprehend data flows and integrate them seamlessly into Tableau or Power BI and analytics.
• Ensure data governance, quality, and security are maintained while integrating analytics with enterprise platforms.
• Partner with global UX/UI teams to design exceptional visualizations that utilize all product capabilities for an outstanding customer experience.
• Effectively mentor and develop your team members.

Must have:

• 3-5 year of experience in Business Intelligence tools like Tableau or Power BI development, enhancement, and migration.
• Deep understanding of Tableau or Power BI tool functions, limitations, and hidden features.
• Proven experience of writing complex SQL queries and data modelling.
• Expertise in creating complex charts using tableau or Power BI tool.
• Proficient in managing users, groups, projects, workbooks, and permissions for Tableau server security or Power BI Service security.
• Skilled in Tableau server or Power BI Service installation, configuration, migration, upgrade, and cloud administration.
• Excellent analytical and debugging abilities, with a quick grasp of business processes to develop effective technical solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Domain knowledge of the pharma landscape is an added advantage.
