What We Are Looking For :

You'll transform raw data into meaningful insights through interactive dashboards and reports, enabling organizations to make data-driven decisions effectively.

We are seeking an individual who not only possesses the requisite expertise but also thrives in the dynamic landscape of a fast-paced global firm.

What You'll Do :

- Develop robust and reusable processes for data querying, transformation, and visualization.

- Combine multiple data sources into a single visualization to effectively tell a compelling story.

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges and deliver top-tier analytics solutions.

- Engage with Data Platform leaders to comprehend data flows and integrate them seamlessly into Tableau/ Power BI and analytics.

- Ensure data governance, quality, and security are maintained while integrating analytics with enterprise platforms.

- Partner with global UX/UI teams to design exceptional visualizations that utilize all product capabilities for an outstanding customer experience.

- Spearhead project planning and managing multiple projects along with team and stakeholders.

- Effectively mentor and develop your team members.

- Support the business lead in generating insights through reporting and advice.

Must Have :

- 9-10 year of experience in Business Intelligence tools like Tableau development, enhancement, and migration.

- Deep understanding of Tableau tool functions, limitations, and hidden features, SQL and data modelling.

- Expertise in creating complex charts using tableau or any other BI tool.

- Proficient in managing users, groups, projects, workbooks, and permissions for Tableau server security.

Skilled in Tableau server installation, configuration, migration, upgrade, and cloud administration.

- Excellent analytical and debugging abilities, with a quick grasp of business processes to develop effective technical solutions.

- Project management, team management and stakeholder management.

- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

- Domain knowledge of the pharma landscape is an added advantage.
