Technical Manager

- Supervise a team of technical supervisors/ quality inspectors/auditors and oversee the performance of the jobs performed based on the company standards.
- Responsible for overseeing the execution of jobs, validating the quality of work and the completion of jobs to ensure our company Quality objectives and goals are met.
- Provide guidelines and technical support to inspectors/auditors for the job execution to meet the clients requirements.
- Conduct performance evaluation and on-site training/supervision.
- Develop and provide training courses to technical groups on the company standard processes and protocols as well as technical knowledge and skills.
- Root-cause analysis by using the 8D model to investigate any claims that may arise and provide preventative measures and solutions.
- Propose and implement solutions to improve the company standards of service.
- Participate in meetings with clients / suppliers/factories and provide technical expertise to support the sales development.
- Maintain and promote good working relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
- Other tasks as assigned.

Possessing demonstrated experience in some of the following areas such as plastic injection molding, electrical and pneumatic hand tools, Bicycles and exercise equipment, electrical and electronic products and various consumer products.

Ability to read blueprints and technical documents related to industries listed above.

Strong knowledge and practical experience of international standards applied to evaluate product conformity: UL, ISO, CSA, CE, etc.

Good command in theory and practice of sampling plan and AQL.
