Sr.Node JS Lead

Position Summary:
Technical manager with good knowledge of JavaScript, Python , Node.js/React.js and leadership skills to mentor the team. Improve existing code quality and maintain scalable and robust microservice arch.

Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities:
Work closely with the product team during all phases of the development lifecycle.
Participate in technical design discussions and communicate across cross-functional teams.
Supervise architecture plus lead efforts to develop the technical roadmap of Search Unify.
Have the technical chops to roll up sleeves and provide technical mentorship and also build and manage a team top notch engineers.
Set up best practices for development and review all work produced by the development team and ensure it meets standards.
Define a long-term talent strategy cutting across technology.
Identifying challenges proactively in Engineering and willing to solve problem in any technology
Act as an effective coach of engineering talent, a creative problem solver, and an exceptional communicator and collaborator. Skills & Knowledge:
Expertise in Python, pytest, Django/Flask, FastAPI
Expertise in Node.js and React.js
Expertise in JavaScript, ES6, JavaScript libraries & frameworks and Git
Expertise on Unit Testing with Jest and Mocha
Good knowledge of Docker, Elastic Search, Kibana, Kafka, ZooKeeper
Relational/non-relational databases (MySql, Postgres, MongoDB, Redis, Citus Data etc.). Good knowledge of anyone of them is required
Good knowledge of of Apache, Nginx, AWS, GCP
Data Structures and algorithms, Problem solving skills.
Good knowledge of AI/ML and its Best practices
Working experience of creating and deploying ML models on production
