Ink Matcher

Key Responsibilities:

Colour matching for Packaging jobs. UV and conventional ink. Knowledge and experience in Pantone shades and usage of Spectrophotometer.

Color Matching: Analyze and match colors to meet specific customer requirements and standards. Use color measurement tools and equipment to ensure accuracy.

Ink Formulation: Prepare and adjust ink formulations to achieve desired color specifications. Collaborate with the production team to ensure the correct formulation is used.

Quality Control: Perform regular quality checks on printed samples to ensure color consistency and accuracy. Address any color discrepancies and make necessary adjustments.

Technical Support: Provide technical support and guidance to the production team regarding ink properties, color matching, and printing techniques.

Documentation: Maintain detailed records of ink formulations, color matching procedures, and quality control results. Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date
