Job Description
- We seek a highly motivated and enthusiastic Operations Intern to join our team. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in various aspects of operations within our organization, and you will have the opportunity to work closely with our operations team.
- Acquire corporate clients by building a lead pipeline, liaising with the Quotes team for competitive quotes, supporting negotiations with insurers, ensure timely premium payment and policy endorsements.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in analysing and improving operational processes.
- Collaborate with the operations team.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations related to operations..
- Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Help streamline and enhance communication and coordination between teams.
- Provide administrative support to the operations team as needed.
- Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
