Web Frontend Developer - React.js/Javascript (3-7 yrs)

Web Frontend Developer for a leading MNC client.

This role involves developing business-critical features for user-facing web applications, collaborating with UX designers and product managers, and ensuring best practices in performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain user interfaces using modern frontend technologies.

- Build, test, and deploy UI components and services in a scalable and efficient manner.

- Design and implement GraphQL APIs to be used by internal services.

- Work closely with UX designers, product managers, and backend developers to enhance user experience.

- Optimize application performance by analyzing and improving UI responsiveness, loading times, and overall user interactions.

- Write automated unit tests to ensure high-quality code with maximum coverage.

- Follow Agile methodologies, participate in sprint planning, and contribute to daily standups.

- Collaborate with global teams, sharing knowledge and best practices for continuous improvement.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in JavaScript frameworks and web development technologies.

Skills and Qualifications Required

- 3-7 years of experience in Web UI development.

- Strong hands-on expertise in JavaScript, React, Redux, Jest.

- Experience with GraphQL is a plus.

- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive web design.

- Proficiency in version control tools like Git.

- Experience working in an Agile development environment, with knowledge of Scrum or Kanban methodologies.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for front-end development
