Knowledge on Google Suite (Google Apps), Microsoft O365
Monitor, evaluate and modify system performance
Experience in all aspects of IT Support mainly focused on Cloud and Software as a Service (SaaS) products such as Slack, Google Workspace, Atlassian products (Confluence, JIRA), and others
Knowledge on troubleshooting Autodesk and Adobe products (3DSMax, Maya, Photoshop, e.t.c)
Configuring & troubleshooting of Desktop & Laptops for backup and recovery.
Configuring & troubleshooting of printer, scanner, LAN & WiFi related issues
Installation and configuring of wireless Data Cards in users laptops
Should have basic knowledge on Firewalls, Switches, VLANs, Wi-Fi routers and Access Points
Facilitate the conference room needs (webcam, projectors, ploycom)
Good to have: MCSE, MCSA, MCP, CCNA would be an added advantage
