Position: Field Sales Officer (FOS)

Experience: 6 months 3 years

Location: Delhi, Gurgaon, Faridabad

Interview Mode: Face-to-Face in Gurgaon, Sector 44

Salary Range: 2.5-4.2 LPA + Incentives

Role & responsibilities :

• Conduct field sales visits to potential clients (minimum 20 visits per month).
• Promote and sell company products/services to customers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring sales targets are met.
• Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain accurate records of client interactions.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid bike and driving license.
• Comfortable with field sales and willing to travel within Delhi.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to meet targets.
• Prior experience in field sales is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation & Incentives:

Per Visit Allowance: 250 per visit (for 20 visits per month).

Incentives:

For closing deals worth 7-8 lakh, incentives range from 3% to 12%.

Higher performance leads to better incentives.
