Job Description: Insurance Field Sales Executive

Designation: Assistant Relationship Manager / Relationship Manager
Experience: 1+ Year (in Life Insurance Sales, Motor Insurance Sales, Health Insurance Sales, Commercial Line Insurance, or Travel Insurance Sales)
Channel: Agency Channel
Location: Anywhere in North and East India

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, recruit, and manage insurance agents and channel partners to drive sales.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with agents to ensure consistent business growth.
• Achieve sales targets for Life, Motor, Health, Commercial Line, and Travel Insurance products.
• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance agent productivity and product knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Track and analyze sales performance, providing insights for improvement.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and enhance product positioning.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Insurance Field Sales (Life, Motor, Health, Commercial Line, or Travel Insurance).
• Prior experience in the Agency Channel is mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to recruit and manage agents effectively.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Willingness to travel within assigned regions.
