Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to expand the EV ecosystem within the assigned region.
- This includes identifying and recruiting charging station partners, service providers, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including charging network operators, dealerships, government agencies, and community organizations.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure mutually beneficial collaborations.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, identify market trends, and analyze competitor activities.
- Use market data to inform expansion strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Drive sales of EV products or services within the region.
- Develop and implement sales plans, identify potential customers, and close deals.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination among partners, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Prepare regular reports on regional progress and performance.
- Manage regional expansion projects, ensuring timely execution and adherence to budget and timelines.
- Track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Organize and participate in regional events, conferences, and workshops to promote EV adoption and build brand awareness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise.
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills and experience conducting market research.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proven sales skills and experience in driving revenue growth.
- Experience in the EV industry is a plus.
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in project management or expansion roles
