Role & responsibilities
- Execute Business Development plan with Regional Sales & Growth Head & Institutional Partnersfor the region as per the agreed Annual Plan.
- Ensure adherence to Sales & Operational process and Compliance.
- Business ownership - Target / Achievement ofrevenue and non-revenue targets.
- Initiate and innovate marketing strategies to increase sales and reduce costs.
- Lead, motivate, acknowledge, and inspire the team to perform beyond expectations.
- Be informed on relevant markets and coinciding target audiences • When required traveling to prospective schools across the Region for meeting stake holders and decision makers for the closing of the sales deals / tie ups.
- Ownership of all Schools & Channel Partner relationshipsin the assigned region
- Responsible for fulfilling manpower requirement in your territory
