What would you do?
The PMO-Business Enablement will play a crucial role in supporting and optimizing the project management function within the organization. This individual will be responsible for implementing processes, tools, and systems that enhance the delivery of projects while aligning with business objectives. The role requires strong collaboration with business stakeholders, project managers, and other departments to ensure projects are executed efficiently, with focus on business value and enabling the organization to adapt to market needs. Design and implementation of tools and processes which enable the client to perform financial analysis of its statements. Involves the ability to assess materiality and volatility of financial statement line items and key metrics utilizing financial ratios to determine the financial health of the company.
What are we looking for?
Responsible to connect the dots across Accounting, Legal, Tax, and GTM teams to roll out new products or markets. Team has a sizable pipeline of projects that need to be assessed, rationalized and prioritized for executionExceptional communication, presentation, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to think strategically and understand business needs while implementing processes and governance frameworks.Analytical mind with the ability to assess project performance and identify areas for Improvement.Familiarity with PMO tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira).Advanced Google Suite Skills (Sheets, Slides, etc.)Analytics (Trend Reports, Impact Analysis)Program Management Office (PMO)
Roles and Responsibilities: In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems Typically creates new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures The person requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor or team leads Generally interacts with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture The person should require minimal guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignments Decisions often impact the team in which they reside and occasionally impact other teams Individual would manage medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
