Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Production Engineer to join our team in the manufacturing of submersible pumps and motors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, improving product quality, and meeting production targets.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan, organize, and supervise production activities to meet production targets and quality standards.
Implement and maintain efficient production processes, including lean manufacturing techniques.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with design, quality, and maintenance teams to improve product design, quality, and reliability.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
Train and develop production staff to improve skills and knowledge.
Analyze production data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure high-quality products.
