We are looking for a strong candidate for a Lead Business Development Salesforce role specializing in Salesforce
Job Title: Lead Business Development Salesforce.
Remuneration: As per interview & market standard.
We are seeking an experienced Lead Business Development Salesforce to drive strategic growth and partnership expansion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with Salesforce Account Executives (AEs) to secure Salesforce implementation projects and elevate Salesforce partnership levels. The candidate should also have extensive experience engaging with the Salesforce community and scaling partnerships from a basic level to advanced tiers.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales Growth:
- Work closely with Salesforce Account Executives (AEs) to identify, pursue, and win Salesforce implementation projects.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth in Salesforce solutions.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients, Salesforce teams, and stakeholders to generate business opportunities.
Salesforce Partnership Management & Scaling:
- Strategically grow and scale the company's Salesforce partnership from basic to advanced levels.
- Understand Salesforce's partner ecosystem and navigate partnership programs to maximize benefits.
- Leverage Salesforce resources, marketing funds, and co selling opportunities to enhance business success.
Salesforce Community & Market Engagement:
- Actively engage with the Salesforce community to establish a strong presence.
- Participate in Salesforce events, forums, and networking activities to connect with key industry players.
- Develop marketing and thought leadership strategies to showcase expertise in Salesforce implementation services.
Strategic Growth & Leadership:
- Identify trends, challenges, and opportunities in the Salesforce ecosystem to stay ahead of market demands.
- Lead the BDE team to create go to market strategies and business growth plans.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Business Development, with at least 4 years focused on Salesforce Sales.
- Proven experience working with Salesforce Account Executives (AEs) to win Salesforce implementation projects.
- Strong track record in scaling Salesforce partnerships to the next level.
- In depth knowledge of Salesforce products, services, and partner programs.
- Excellent networking and relationship building skills within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop and execute growth strategies in alignment with Salesforce's market positioning.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a Salesforce partner company and contributing to its growth.
- Hands on experience in partner enablement, co selling, and leveraging Salesforce's partner network.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, Sales Cloud, and Partner Relationship Management (PRM) tools.
