Associate IT Engineer

Experience with Endpoint Management solutions such as Intune, Jamf, Jump Cloud, Manage Engine etc.

Manage and maintain the IAM for end-users of various tools and SaaS services like GitHub, Slack, AWS/GCP, Facebook, Google Play, Apple Store Connect, Zoom, Adobe etc.

Oversee Asset management for all IT endpoint assets and other peripherals etc., Licenses.

Knowledge of, and experience in maintaining and troubleshooting desktop security products such as anti-virus, certificates, drive encryption, and OS Patching, Strong understanding of Networking concepts and theories,

Own risk management & crisis management from the IT side for the company, with clear playbooks & mitigation plans.

Proactive engagement with stakeholders to address IT and Security needs by developing scalable processes and systems.

Provide first / second level contact and problem resolution for IT issues.

Monitoring internal infrastructure performance through monitoring tool.
