Key Responsibilities:
Market Research & Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients in need
of recruitment and staffing services across various industries.
Client Acquisition: Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects, engage in
cold calling, networking, and meeting with prospective clients to understand their
staffing needs.
Relationship Building: Build and nurture long-term client relationships to ensure
repeat business and referrals.
Proposal Development: Prepare proposals and presentations that clearly outline
how Platinox can meet the recruitment needs of clients.
Negotiation & Deal Closure: Negotiate terms of service agreements and close deals
to meet revenue targets.
Client Management: Act as a point of contact for key clients, ensuring that
recruitment services meet or exceed expectations.
Collaboration: Work closely with the internal recruitment teams to ensure smooth
execution of staffing services and to tailor offerings to client requirements.
Strategic Growth: Develop and implement strategies for expanding the companys
footprint within the staffing sector, including vertical market expansion and
service diversification.
Reporting & Analysis: Track sales and business development metrics and prepare
regular reports for management.
Key Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related
field.
Experience: 3-5 years of business development experience in the recruitment and
staffing industry is a must
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, staffing
solutions, and industry trends in the Indian market.
Proven Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to generate leads, develop relationships,
and close deals in a competitive market.
Client Management: Experience in managing client relationships and delivering
customer-centric solutions.
Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and influencing abilities to close contracts
with clients.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the
ability to present complex solutions clearly to stakeholders.
Results-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and
delivering growth.
Preferred Skills:
Market Insights: Knowledge of key industries that require staffing services (e.g., IT,
healthcare, finance).
Networking Skills: Established network of contacts within the recruitment and
staffing sector.
Analytical Abilities: Ability to analyse market trends and data to develop informed
strategies.
Presentation Skills: Strong ability to create and deliver impactful client presentations
and proposals.
Flexibility: Adaptability in working across different industry sectors and managing
changing client needs.
