Role & responsibilities

• Excellent technical knowledge relating to laminations deburring and revarnishing process.
• Excellent technical knowledge relating to revarnishing and deburring machines like setting of temperatures ,conveyer speeds curing tests

• Handling experience on large scale production

•Decision making

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for all activities relating to deburring and revarnishing

• To coordinate all three shifts in Deburring and revarnishing plant and organise the production activities.

• To achieve departmental objectives as per the set targets.

• To give on job training to the manpower

• Organizing the department work and guiding the shop floor engineers/supervisors from time to time.

• To ensure availability of proper accepted material, latest drawings and process sequence required for production.

• To store nonconformity products separately with proper identification till further rectification/rework and offer to QA for re inspection.

• To plan and organize the packing of finished material

• To raise and follow up indents for the items required

• To maintain all departmental Manuals and records properly

• To coordinate with Press shop,PPC,Quality ,Maintenance teams on day to day basis

• initiation of any maintenance requirment and ensuring machines in good condition

• To be familier with all the tests like coating thickness,bend test,pencil test, hardness test ,ect • To implement of best practices ,processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance .

• To implement EHS activity
