Branch Sales Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure exceptional customer service and efficient branch operations while adhering to regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Oversee daily operations, cash management, and service quality at the branch.
• Retain existing customers, expand the customer base, and cross-sell products and services.
• Supervise and motivate branch staff to meet performance goals and achieve sales targets.
• Lead new business development efforts (both retail and institutional), and drive sales channel expansion.
• Develop and execute forecasts, financial objectives, and business plans to meet targets.
• Monitor branch performance, manage budgets, and allocate resources effectively.
• Identify areas for operational improvement and propose corrective actions.
• Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly.
• Ensure the branch meets sales targets.
• Maintain effective EMI collection and drive consistent revenue generation.
