Lead I - Frontend Developer

We are seeking a Senior Frontend Developer to join our talented team. In this role, you will lead and contribute to the development of complex, high-traffic web applications, ensuring seamless user experiences and cutting-edge design. You will play a crucial part in the development lifecycle, from design to deployment, and mentor junior developers along the way.

1. Frontend Development : 7+ years of professional experience in frontend development.
2. Programming Languages : Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript .
3. Frontend Frameworks : Expertise in React. js or Vue. js .
4. Styling Solutions : Experience with CSS/Styled Components or similar CSS-in-JS solutions.
5. Web Application Development : Proven experience building and maintaining complex, high-traffic web applications .
6. API Integration : Solid experience working with RESTful APIs , JSON , and GraphQL .
7. Version Control : Proficient in using Git for version control and collaboration.
8. Containerization : Experience with Docker for containerized applications.
9. Infrastructure-as-Code : Familiarity with tools such as Terraform , AWS CDK , SAM , CloudFormation , or similar tools for GCP/Azure .
10. Build Tools : Experience with modern frontend build tools like Nx , Parcel , Webpack , and Babel .
11. Web Technologies : Strong understanding of HTML , DNS , and web server technologies .
12. Accessibility & UX : Deep understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and user experience (UX) principles.
13. Testing : Experience in writing unit tests , integration tests , and end-to-end tests using tools like Playwright , Jest , or other testing frameworks.
14. Problem-Solving & Debugging : Excellent problem-solving , debugging , and analytical skills .
15. Leadership & Communication : Strong leadership , mentorship , and communication skills.

1. Cloud Platforms : Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS , Azure , or GCP for deploying and managing web applications.
2. CI/CD : Experience with CI/CD pipelines and related tools for efficient software delivery.
3. Performance Optimization : Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for frontend applications, especially in high-traffic environments.
4. Design Systems : Experience working with or building design systems and reusable UI components.
5. Mobile-First Development : Experience in creating responsive and mobile-first web applications.
6. Agile Methodologies : Experience working in Agile/Scrum development teams.
7. UI/UX Design Tools : Familiarity with tools like Figma , Sketch , or Adobe XD for UI/UX design.
8. A/B Testing & Analytics : Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and analytics tracking to measure user behavior and optimize performance.

• Required Experience :

  • 7+ years of professional experience in frontend development with a focus on JavaScript/TypeScript and React. js or Vue. js .
  • Proven experience in building and maintaining complex, high-traffic web applications .
  • Expertise in CSS/Styled Components , RESTful APIs , JSON , and GraphQL .

• Required : Bachelors degree in Computer Science , Engineering , or a related field.
• Preferred : Master s degree or relevant certifications in web development, cloud technologies, or related fields.
