Lead II - Frontend Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Frontend Developer/Tech Lead to join our growing team. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for driving the development of complex, high-traffic web applications. You will lead the technical direction of projects, mentor junior developers, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that we deliver scalable, high-quality, and user-friendly solutions.

1. Frontend Development : 9+ years of professional experience in frontend development, with proven experience in a lead role .
2. Programming Languages : Deep expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript .
3. Frontend Frameworks : Strong proficiency in React. js or Vue. js .
4. CSS/Styling Solutions : Extensive experience with CSS , Styled Components , or similar CSS-in-JS solutions.
5. Web Application Development : Proven track record of building and leading the development of complex, high-traffic web applications .
6. Frontend Architecture : Strong understanding of frontend architecture patterns and best practices .
7. API Integration : Expert experience with RESTful APIs , JSON , and GraphQL .
8. Version Control : Expert in version control systems , particularly Git .
9. Build Tools : Experience with frontend build tools such as Nx , Parcel , Webpack , and Babel .
10. Web Technologies : Proficiency with HTML , DNS , and Web server technologies .
11. Accessibility & UX : Expert-level experience with accessibility standards (WCAG) and user experience (UX) principles .
12. Testing Frameworks : Experience in writing unit tests , integration tests , and end-to-end tests using frameworks like Playwright , Jest , or similar.
13. Problem-Solving & Debugging : Excellent problem-solving , debugging , and analytical skills.
14. Leadership & Communication : Exceptional leadership, mentorship , and communication skills .

1. Cloud & DevOps : Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and DevOps practices .
2. Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery : Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and related tools.
3. Performance Optimization : Experience with performance optimization techniques for high-traffic frontend applications.
4. Mobile Web Development : Experience with responsive web design and mobile-first development.
5. Design Systems : Experience with design systems and component libraries.
6. Agile Methodologies : Familiarity with Agile /Scrum development processes.
7. UI/UX Design Tools : Familiarity with design tools such as Figma , Sketch , or Adobe XD .

• Required Experience :
  • 9+ years of professional experience in frontend development.
  • Proven experience leading and building complex, high-traffic web applications .
  • Deep expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, React. js, or Vue. js.
  • Strong experience with CSS/Styled Components or similar solutions.
  • Experience with API integration (RESTful APIs, JSON, GraphQL) and version control (Git).
  • Experience with frontend build tools (Nx, Webpack, Babel).
  • Proven experience with frontend architecture patterns and best practices.
  • Expertise in accessibility standards (WCAG) and user experience (UX) principles.
  • Strong testing experience with frameworks like Playwright, Jest, etc.
  • Leadership experience with excellent communication and mentoring skills.

• Required : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
